Italian Roll Ups – Han’s Weekly Meal Prep

Italian Roll Ups

Lunches are also more simple by far; no cooking required. Perfect wrap for on the go.
Deli time!!

INGREDIENTS

1 Lb of salami

1 lb of low sodium turkey breast

Provolone, Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese (your preference)

Your choice of wrap – I use organic sprout wraps

Spinach

Jar of milk giardinera (found near Italian food, not pickles in the grocery FYI)

DIRECTIONS:

Take a wrap throw in a few slices of salami, turkey, 1 slice of cheese, tbsp of giardinera, chop your spinach, roll that bad boy up and keep it together with a toothpick.

I will be taking baby carrots and celery for my side with that. Ranch is optional. – Great snack to prep!
