Han’s Weekly Meal Prep – Smoked Turkey Sausage and Veggies

Smoked Turkey Sausage & Veggies

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes


-2 packages of smoked turkey sausage
-2 green peppers
-2 red peppers
-2 large zucchini
-1 russet potato
-2 heads of broccoli
-Crushed red pepper flakes
-Pink sea salt
-Garlic powder

-On a large cookie sheet, or two smaller cookie sheets, cover in foil.
-Set your oven to 400
-Cut up sausage to bite size pieces along with the rest of your ingredients. (I make the potato extra small so it spreads further It is the only carb in this meal)
-Throw those evenly on the cookie sheet
-Drizzle olive oil over that and season
-Bake about 10-12 minutes, pull the rack out and toss them around, bake another 15 minutes. It should have a nice char
